The Thrive Programme

This programme is designed for anyone who wants to improve their life in some way, whether you want to lose weight, overcome depression, build your confidence, overcome a phobia, find a partner, build new friendships, this programme will help you.

It doesn't matter what your past experiences were like, what your relationships are like, how much money you have or what skills you have. This programme will change you.

How you think and how you process your thoughts is something we tend to take for granted. And yet it has a massive impact on your life and how you live your life.

No matter how successful you are or what you have done in life, there will have been times when your thinking has held you back in some way. Whether that's in your job, business, relationships or another part of your life.

'The Thrive Programme' aims to change the way you think, to get the very best out of yourself in every area of your life, to overcome your limitations and anything that is holding you back in life.

It works because you will be given real insight and understanding into yourself, you will learn about your personality, how you presently think, what your belief systems are and how they are affecting you.

Once you really understand yourself and how your mind is holding you back, you'll be taught HOW to make the changes necessary to change your life.

In as little as two weeks, you can be enjoying the benefits of this process.

What's involved!

The method uses a mixture of teaching, psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and hypnosis.

The pace of the course and number of sessions you need does vary. Philip will only go as fast as you are comfortable with and you wont move on until he is sure you have understood what you have already covered. Typically people take between three and six sessions.

What kind of things can 'The Thrive Programme' help you with?

Anything where your thinking and or your beliefs about yourself or your environment is getting in the way and leaving you feeling powerless to change this.

It will build your self esteem and confidence, It will allow you to achieve the things you previously thought were beyond you like giving presentations, loosing weight, enjoying exercise meeting people and making new friends, doing things you've been dreaming of but never actually doing.

It will rid you of fears and phobias, overcome depression, anxiety and stress as well as helping you to manage illnesses such as ME, PVFS.
